Pros

Have their own parking lot.

Cons

You don't receive training, and you are expected to complete your job in no time. No coordination, and no teamwork starting with supervisor and management .

Pros

Fair accrual of time off. Mostly nice patients. Good location, across Maverick T station. IDT approach to patient care, it's everyone's responsibility to uphold a patient's well-being. The work gets done, people do their jobs.

Cons

They nickel and dime you for every hour if you're salaried. Lack of leadership. Salary not competitive. No company culture upheld... Staff are unprofessional with interpersonal skills with each other.

-Lower pay than other healthcare facilities in the area. -High turnover rate. -Not a lot of opportunities to grow.
