Pros

Company is great about letting you have time off if you’re sick or need to do things like doctor appointments. M-F work hours with weekends off. For teachers. Lots of training opportunities. Staff try to have fun at meetings and trainings. Rewarding being able to work with children and help give the kids a good start in education. Teachers work as advocates for the families to help them get things or services they need.

Cons

There are 4 weeks during the school year where you will not get paid so you need to file for unemployment for those weeks or pick up a part time job during those weeks unless your okay not getting any money those weeks.
