Pros

NeighborImpact is a truly effective organization that is woven into the fabric of this community. I get to be very involved in the community and the hybrid remote/on-site situation is ideal for me.

Cons

Once someone is hired on, they hold onto them even if they aren't a great fit. If the ED likes you, you're staying.

Pros

Lots of opportunity for growth. There is a lot to learn, but I always felt supported through the process of learning and expanding my skill set.

Cons

Large company, so upper management is not always made aware of struggles of their staff. Utilizing monthly surveys helps with this sometimes.
