Pros

Helping kids learn healthy habits, some good co workers

Cons

Very high turnover, they have closed more sites than opened and face real competition with better programs like Boulder Rogen, Mountain Star, etc. in 2022-current. Also. dropped transportation for kids…so what are u offering?

Pros

This company has amazing benefits. For a non-profit, not a bad pay either. Their mission is motivating and makes it easy to come to work every day.

Cons

Leadership here is difficult. Lots of people in leadership roles have outdated standards and are running themselves into the ground by working unreasonable hours and having absolutely no life outside of the office. There is shaming for wanting to be a healthy human who leaves work on time as opposed to staying at the office for extra couple hours.
