Sweet kids, a few nice coworkers, pay is pretty good, kind of relaxed job at times
Cons
Horrible people in charge, a lot of favoritism and bullying. You're expected to know what to do and where to be without any help or guidance, most of the people I encountered were very fake or just completely rude and jaded. Very toxic workplace.
The agency has great benefits (health, dental, vision, life ins) and is large, so there are opportunities for internal movement between departments and programs.
Cons
There are no cons programmatically that I experienced. Staff were loyal and committed to ensuring the program ran at optimum.
