Pros

- coworkers - serving diverse communities - steady income

Cons

- little to no communication at times - social service department treated the worst out of all departments even though we do the most work - are not communicative with subcontractors - too much bureaucracy/chain of command - little to no room to grow within organization - not receiving the same benefits as county employee despite doing the same job

Pros

The mission of the Head Start Program and giving back to the community.

Cons

Senior leadership is untrustworthy and deceitful. I have serious concerns about how they are using Head Start funds to pay for their vacations, duplicate conferences, and giving NHA employees raises over Head Start employees.
