Pros
I work as a TAT. I am basically a teacher assistant in training. I like that this position exists because I get to get experience while I work. It is a very rewarding job personally. The hours are good and the pay is good for me because the union is strong.
Cons
We are overworked. All the staff that has been there for more than two years have horror stories about upper management.
