Pros

The other departments besides sales seem to have a great working environment. Founders day, Reunion and the company picnic were fun. Training was pretty good for my job at the time.

Cons

The sales team is treated like garbage, we were told we were street value, we were constantly lied to about advancement opportunities, Women are not welcome on the sales team, they are the Good ol boys network. We were constantly told we didn't work long enough hours, weekends became mandatory. Being sick or missing work to care for a sick child, or parent was frowned upon. I can say that on a couple occasions when someone was in the ER or out with a spouse giving birth to a child they were given a hard time by management and had their jobs threatened for lack of overtime hours. It was all about dials, quantity not quality. And Benefits HA HA HA it takes 1 of your 2 pay checks a month just to cover a family. Who can live on that? It is a joke how the sales team is treated.

Pros

Some of the best people I have ever met work here. Unfortunately most of them leave quickly. Have a great idea on franchises and how it is supposed to work. Great ideas on how to service customers, great training and their idea of FC for each franchise is genius. Dina is great.

Cons

Presidents and VP treat employees below them terrible. They make the code of values apply when they want it to their benefit. No one listens to your idea unless they make it their idea. They have no interest in you as a person or of keeping you as an employee long term. Management of company is stuck in the 1980s. Each company is a silo and it is wasting money and time. Example: each company uses and buys a different piece of software. Get an enterprise license of one for all to use and save money. but no not at TDG, each company has to be special and different. They allow franchisees to also treat you like dirt. Keep and allow way too many unqualified people to have and keep a franchise.

Pros

You get a check every two weeks

Cons

Can't trust anyone. Men get paid more than women for doing the same job
