This company is unstable, dishonest, and harmful to its employees. Layoffs have happened almost every single year since 2020, not due to performance, but because of poor leadership and constant mismanagement. Job security does not exist here. You could be a high performer and still be let go with no warning, no justification, and no accountability from those at the top. Leadership constantly lies to employees, to clients, and even to themselves. They claim to value transparency and people, but their actions show the opposite. Promises are broken. Decisions are made behind closed doors. The culture is toxic, driven by fear and confusion. And while people lose their jobs, the CEO and executives stay untouched with no pay cuts, no consequences, just a pattern of protecting themselves while dismantling the workforce. This isn’t just a mismanaged company. It’s a place where dishonesty is baked into the culture. If you’re looking for stability, honesty, or even basic respect, I suggest looking somewhere else.
