      Pros

      Depending on what division you're in (mens, women's, home, etc), there's a family company culture - keep in mind with the Saks merge this is likely to change, company culture is changing as I write this exposure to luxury vendors

      Cons

      while the pay is technically competitive, it's low and it will remain low until you get to a senior level. you have to grind it out with a few roommates for a while

      Pros

      There was no shortage of fun brand activations and events happening between NMG and its brands.

      Cons

      Not a lot of travel or time-off. A lot expected of you and you have to be "on" at all hours of the day - especially as a remote employee. They play favorites with team members and often get priority for attending events, winning prizes, etc.
