      Pros

      Easy work, cheap benefits if you only cover yourself.

      Cons

      Ineffective management. The higher level ops managers unfortunately don't really understand how the building operates. There is no requirement to know how those below them actually do their jobs. It's like telling a surgeon how to do their job with no knowledge of anatomy.

      Great experience. Learned a lot and made great connections.

      Cons

      There wasn't much room for career growth. I ended up with way more responsibility than my title or pay. When I asked to be compensated appropriately for my work and professional development and contribution to the company, I couldn't get anywhere. They aren't interested in promoting from within the company and growing talent.
