Pros

You will be around the best of the best of luxury fashion. Work in an extremely fast paced environment, and meet very smart people who are obsessed with fashion (above anything else)

Cons

No work life balance and low pay. If all you care about is fashion it is a great spot, but burnout is very common here because most people realize working for sub-par pay and being glued to your computer 12+ hours a day isn't worth it. Also takes a very long time to move up in the company.
