The Richest Cheapest Company

Pros

There is not 1 Pro that I can think except you earn a few dollars every 2 weeks.

Cons

This is the cheapest company that I’ve ever seen in my life. They don’t even have plastic ware in the break room! They have staff that have been there for 100 years...so they don’t care about making innovative changes. For a company that charges 10k plus for a damn jacket should treat their employees better. The insurance sucks..you may as well not have any. The staff are very clickish and there is a lot of favoritism from management..the worst job I’ve ever had...stay away from this cheap ancient place!

Pros

Beautiful store and merchandise. Work with top sales professionals, amazing designers, and a large support team. Work day goes by quickly as there's always a lot going on. Great Discount.

Cons

Commissioned sales drives ultra-competitive work environment. Work nights and weekends, no PTO allowed for two months around holidays, or during numerous sales events throughout the year. High Stress environment.

Pros

Customers are awesome, great technology and social media use

Cons

Worst Corporate Human Resources Department of any company I have ever worked for. Avoid making complaints at all costs because it'll be used against you in some way or another. If you are ADA eligible, pretend you're ineligible because once you start with ADA they never stop bothering you AND your doctors. In the end you will feel so disrespected and harassed that you will quit. Not to mention unappreciated.
