      Wonderful team but unsupportive management

      Pros

      The team is a talented and hard working bunch. Everyone is pleasant and easy to work with.

      Cons

      The management was horrible and HR didn't take employee concerns seriously. Tempers were free to escalate and create negative situations even though the perpetrator was reported beforehand for prior misbehavior.

      Pros

      - If you get a good manager, it can make all the difference to make you want to stay. - Good 401k contribution.

      Cons

      - Not much room for advancement. - If you have any type of medical condition, don't bother disclosing because it will be used against your job performance. - Low pay for lots of work. - Sales employees are all out to fend for themselves (commission-based). - You are really just a number; doesn't really matter how many years you've dedicated your life to their company.

      You become friends due to chaos

      The HR department is a revolving door. There is a serious problem that stems from lack of director support. She isn't there for her team and as a result you get trampled on. It was challenge to work there because there was no real transparency. When I asked why people left the hr team, it was a giant mystery. Truth people leave for dissatisfaction or they are pushed out.
