      Pros

      Neiman Marcus as a Company is to be admired. As for it's Corporate and Store Senior Management Regimes, they have had too many years in control of a sinking Ship.

      Cons

      Economy dictates success and failure overall. The Company itself is not flexible to Change and meeting the current economy/clients needs. Too many "upper crust" Captains of the Ship.

      Pros

      Beautiful environment. Never bored, always something new to do or a new challenge to meet. Great discount on merchandise. Diverse environment. Do their best to stay ahead of changes in technology. Good benefits. No glass ceiling, woman CEO, many women in leadership roles.

      Cons

      Constantly varying schedule. Work weekends, evenings, and most holidays. Blackout periods unable to take vacation during any major sales event multiple times per year and most of November and December. Sales positions difficult to recruit for with ever narrowing pool of candidates. Training program minimal to nonexistent resulting in higher turnover.
