we got a extra couple extra paid holiday days off, paid lunch, not as much mandatory overtime as before slightly better 401k plan than we had before. A job is better than no job

Cons

haven’t gotten a raise in 2 years.HR says "No Merit Raises because we only made 43 million and the goal was 46 million" certain jobs in the shop HR calls "Non Essential Personnel" even though my supervisor and dept lead have been banging the door down to get me a raise they wont. since they took over they took away out profit sharing bonus. they take your PTO if you call in sick. no shift differential

Great place to share and create, fresh structure needs a lot of input and proven methods and new ideas. Top management constantly challenges involvement with results is big. If you want to succeed you will.

Cons

Tools to empower employees are week in most of the plants Procedures and methodologies are not broadly spreaded or even present. Resource approval flow is slow
