Pros

There aren't many good workers left working here. Nelson is great at Gaslighting its employees.

Cons

Nelson took overly formly called CTP In 2021. All upper Management refuse to learn and take time to understanding the way production could flow and not put unnecessary expectations on the HUMANS RUNNING the production floor. Used to be a family friendly company and because of POOR, and BuLlying practices the company can not hold a proper team in running the machinery. Lack of respect for the hard working people who do show up, former CTP employees are UNDER PAID, DISRESPECTED AND UPPER MANAGEMENT KEEPS TRYING TO RUN THIS WAREHOUSE LIKE AN ASSEMBLY LINE WAREHOUSE. CTP custom makes their parts, they used to be quality controlled and proper customer service. NELSON lies to their staff, customers and continually sends out crap parts to make 'quota'. There is no proper correcting of errors. When the people making and creating bring up solutions, or issues their voices fall on deaf ears. Management plays favorites, and Management itself is NEVER held accountable for the issues that could have been prevented. For the last few years, many GOOD HARDWORKING WORKERS HAVE BEEN FIRED OR LET GO BECAUSE OF FAVORITISM. This environment has caused many health issues and physical damage, because Nelson thinks making 6 million in CRAP PARTS is better than 3 million in Quality with little to no rejections.

Pros

Not very many. The working level people are nice and friendly

Cons

Executive leadership does not have a plan. Each executive runs his own course with no thoughts or consideration of the other functional lanes. Corporate goals do not exist. Communication does not exist. Lots of infighting. Constant attritioning of workers with small layoffs running consistently through "re-organizations" or "re-alignments." Any corporate goals that are identified are both impossible to hit, with the saving grace that they are also nearly impossible to measure.
