One of the best in their domain of business
Pros
I have witnessed the company growing at a fast pace during the time I worked with them and I am sure it will keep growing. They have expertise in many areas of technology, like, UI development, DevOps development, Tableau, SQL, C# and many more. The marketing team is very supportive and responsive. The management always try to build a personal connection with the employees. All legal and immigration matters are given utmost importance and priority. I had a lot of problems with my immigration processes but they always had my back. Even on the weekends, they were available to provide any documentation I needed. Other reviews on this portal seem to be biased against the company due to some personal gains of reviewers and appears to be mostly coming from people who haven't worked with other employers in this domain otherwise they would have known the yawning difference between NeoPrism and others. I was always treated with respect in the company. I even referred my friends to Neo prism and all are happy with the company. It was a really hard decision for me to leave this company. I would suggest people reading these reviews to ignore any review which gives one or two stars to the company and/or talks about stuff like CEO's eating habits or their managements attitude problems. Instead try to understand the professionalism of the company through reviews that talk about real matters/issues.
Cons
There were few small issues but not worthy enough to be written here. I would give them 4.5 stars as there is always a room for improvement.
