1. Worst management, always shows their attitude towards their consultants.
2. Arrogant behavior.
3. No pay on time, we have to beg every month.
4. Marketing is okay(not bad)
Here is my story. I'm a consultant with that falthu company for the past 3 years, Every month we have to beg for pay like deposit my pay it is already 7th of the month. then they will ask us in reverse what will you do with all the money don't worry we will deposit in next few days they will never tell you date, even if they say it will never happen.Again after few days if we call and ask they will reply you its already weekend we will deposit on Monday.Again on Monday after couple of calls and reminding them,they will deposit. It s a pain in the butt.
Guys who ever looking at this please think twice before you choose this company. I know these people will throw some net (advertise themselves) to find us in that pond of desiopt please be aware of it. What ever they say about their company is false. At the end of the day if they didn't pay you on time whats the point of joining in that company to beg for your pay ? Also they will promise you that they will pay 70-30 percent basis on opt where they will never show you the purchase order so that they can loot your money. Also as soon as you entered the company (mainly for opt candidates) they will provide some legal documents to sign on it . so that the person will scare will leaving the company.
Please think about it before you choose.
