There is a lot to tell about this firm. I would start with my first call from this consultant. I was referred to this consultancy by a friend and I spoke to Manager , he has asked everything about my study and work experience in India and later based on my answers tested my knowledge in Java(asked me few random questions). Then he has recommend me Java/UI Developer as I have no much experience in Java. He has given few websites to research on UI before I come and join the team. Day 1 in the consultancy: I remember this day, Both the partners have visiting my accomodation place personally and made me comfortable and explained how they work. Day 2: My training has started and the training co-ordinator has called me at the end and asked for my feedback on training(The trainer was from India and was very clear in the basic information he was giving, he was very good at his knowledge and real time experience). Day 3: I have visited the office(As day 1 sunday and Day 2 Monday which was a long weekend) completed my documentation and they have explained me about the process and told me about the stipend and when do they pay(Normally they give it in 45 days, but we can take it after we get the job). In office they give in-class training which is really GOOD! it is loaded with full of real time experience which we really need. Day 4: My classes and training continued in a structured way and it was really good. We had regular assignments and exams to test our knowledge and to know where we stand. At the end of the training, with the performance we showed in, in-class and online training our resume was given and marketing has started. Trust me the marketing guys are simply superb, they talk to the candidate personally and vendors also, and fulfill the requirement ASAP. Monthly salary is given on time. ----------- About the facility's: They have made sure the food or groceries are available any given time. They pick up everyone on time and if need anything extra in food or anything they give it, they really make us feel like home. They are always ready to help anyone in any need. In short: > Very good management > Very good training. >Friendly staff. > Awesome facility's.
