As many reviews have stated before, there is an issue with upper management. There is a large disconnect between the laboratory staff and the adminstrative staff. The lab side is grossly overworked, underappreciated, and most often overlooked with the changes being made. Management expects much from the core workers and has little sympathy for how overworked we are. Mandatory over-time to cover up how understaffed some departments are, and a constant threat of how much more work we are going to have. Hurry up and slow down is the motto. They expect high quality and record breaking turn-around times. Highly unrealistic and very stressful. They are failing their employees who have been working 4+ years and rewarding new employees to stimulate retention.

- senior management would create job titles without change in job responsibilities and receive all of the budget while entry level employees would get 3 percent raises during a pandemic. - Employees called out excessively without notice leaving their teammates with doing mandatory overtime or receiving backlash. - high turn over amongst employees - Career advancement is non existent.
