Pros

None that I can think of. Stay away. Not even a good stepping stone.

Cons

Mismanaged company. They say they care about patients first but it's all about adding on tests whether they need them or not.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback and for telling us about your experiences at NeoGenomics. We’re especially concerned you didn’t feel we put patients first, since as a company we talk a lot about our mission statement: “We Save Lives by Improving Patient Care.” Feedback gives us an opportunity to make things right, and we value every opportunity to improve our company. Pros

Supposedly the "best" in pathology. I honestly have nothing positive to say.

Cons

Terribly disorganized. They lack direction and follow-up with their employees. No training, compensation is a joke, and it's a "boys club". Run from this company and don't look back. Do you due diligence if your looking to work there.

Pros

It is all about patient care. No one wants to wait on their cancer results and thats where we come in. Getting the results fast and accurately and at the same time allowing the doctors to determine the best course of treatment. Great benefits, great people mostly.

Cons

The organization is very political. First time working at a place that focused on status and position. Not a lot of accountability. Leadership needs coaching badly. The company has done well despite this only because of the hard work of its employees but cracks are showing up and I think they are blind to them. Oh and no pay raises. Ever. They have done away with that, No advancing, do not generally promote from within.

First, we apologize for the late reply. We’re new to Glassdoor and excited to be engaged! Thanks so much for taking the time to give us your feedback, especially since you have been with us more than five years! It’s true no one wants to wait on their test results, and we’re proud of being an industry leader in turn-around times. We’re also proud to offer outstanding benefits to the high caliber people we employ. We’d like to address a few of your cons. We strive to be a company that focuses not on status but on hard work. To that end, we aim to give raises to our highest performers who exhibit our Core Values (Quality, Accountability, Innovation, Integrity, and Teamwork). Every employee is also eligible for our annual bonus pool based on collective departmental goals. We also know we have great employees, and it only makes sense to promote the best ones as quickly as possible! We’d love it if you’d tell us more about your experiences and the cracks you have seen by writing to hr@neogenomics.com. We’ll share your comments with Vice President of Human Resources and anyone else who might benefit. Feedback helps us make things better for everyone, and we really value your opinions. Thank you, Human Resources
