Pros

Great work environment! Company is very committed to excellence and sticks to its slogan. Very fast growing and extensive test menu.

Cons

The employee turnover ratio is relatively high. Since it is growing very fast, there is not much organization in terms of management.

Pros

Compensation is above industry average. Flexible schedules. Supervisors assign you your work then leave you alone to do it. Company is growing so many opportunities to advance. Relocation assistance. Lab uses many automated systems making things easier for the techs to be more productive. Shift differential for weekends/nights. Ft Myers techs/sups are competent at their jobs.

Cons

They will ask you to work " A lot!!". Very little vacation time accrual time. Most of the techs are younger so the place is full of drama. Fort Myers, FL ( need I say more?) terrible place to live. Way too much favoritism is tolerated at all levels. Supervisors/leads are sometimes disrespectful to the techs. Morale among the techs is very low. New techs quickly develop a negative attitude over being worked way too hard. Techs there are not treated equally by management. Some people are expected to work and others seem to sit around talking all day. High employee loses in the technical areas.
