coworkers and supervisors are very supportive and nice. the company has great culture and offer solid benefits. there are many room for growth and opportunities especially for those interested in building a long term career in a lab field.

location can be inconvenient and probably shift schedule. overtime is needed

Pros

Working on the marketing team has been a great experience. We have strong leaders, autonomy, transparency, flexibility, and support. There is always someone on the team providing encouragement or a friendly hello, and we’re never short on work to do. The company provides great benefits, including very generous educational assistance, PTO, performance bonuses, stock purchase plan, remote work, affordable health insurance, and more.

Cons

While this isn’t necessarily a con, things move quickly at NeoGenomics, so you need to be adaptable to work here. Some teams may have completely different experiences, depending on function, and on some of those teams, the squeaky wheels get the oil.
