Workload and travel was not sustainable

Had to be the worst leadership I have ever experienced. If you were not in the "cool kids club" then you can forget it. Communication was dismal; support from the manager was nonexistent; the manager had no respect for the employees; we were never told we were doing a good job; requested training so many times and never got it; when information, data or anything was requested, it was always "we need this asap" and we were never given background as to why and what we were doing with the data we were asked to provide…and once provided, there was never additional follow up indicating what was done with the data; Never knew what the company's initiatives were because we were never informed. I had the worst anxiety, stress and health issues develop from the time I was employed there. So much so that for most of the time I was there, I had to seek doctor's care on a regular basis.
