Generous paid holidays. Food safety technology is a noble cause.

Cons

Middle management seems to be filled with people that get rewarded for being sycophants and finding a subordinate to scapegoat. This company is a cash-cow for company officers and investors. Employees are just "meat for the grinder". Hard work and extra effort will not result in a meaningful pay increase, you just end up being a sycophant for one of those managers that will happily throw you under the bus to avoid responsibility for a bad "top-down" decision not working and costing the company money.
