Local team is great, corporate attitude leaves a lot to be desired

Excellent coworkers Dynamic and interesting work Benefits are pretty good - 5% matching for 401K, really good insurance options including great prescription coverage Fairly easy to use PTO without getting crap from supervisor/management Regular meetings with supervisor and manager helps keep you on track Supervisors will work with you to find a position that works with your goals - whether that's moving up in the current department or finding a role in a different department
Cons
Below average salaries, the longer you stay the more your salary tends to lag behind, work to pay ratio is terrible (more regularly and incidental responsibilities than an individual can reasonably handle in a 40 hour week) Corporate is focused only on increasing profit year over year and little else EVERY department is analyzed for monetary return (including IT Development)
