Tech services and my fellow sales group are amazing!

Cons

Upper management is a cluster from what I can see and those ban behaviors and demands roll downhill. They say they are trying to change company culture but do nothing to actually influence changes. The products were constantly backordered and which lead to a lot of angry customers. The pay and commission is low for most positions.

Benefits are good Most low level coworkers are friendly and willing to help. Willing to hire with little to no experience

Cons

Upper management doesn’t know what they are doing half the time. It’s surprising the company has lasted as long as it has with the organized chaos. Pay is terrible and doesn’t keep up with the market, which is why turn over is so high here. Company/management knows when employees are unhappy but refuses to fix the problems. No advancements
