Pros

Flexible schedule and remote work. We get to help lots of deserving nonprofits and most of your working peers are great people who care about the work.

Cons

Decisions come down from management out of nowhere. Processes change at the drop of a hat with no explanation. Very little effort to encourage cross-team communication. More and more emphasis on profits rather than good customer experience. NO BASE SALARY RAISES ALLOWED FOR SALES

Pros

-Working with nonprofit organizations, you feel like you have a role in driving their mission. -Small company size allows you to feel more connected to the entire organization. -Pretty open and transparent around org changes and policies. -Openly encourage movement and promotion within the company. -All-in on remote work! -Unlimited PTO

Cons

-Small company size means below average compensation compared to the rest of the industry. No stock compensation. -A lot of tech debt. -Small engineering, development, and design teams mean meaningful updates are slow to release. -Despite top-notch remote work policy, there's a lack of investment/remembursement into WFH home office and internet service.
