Pros

Work life balance, empathetic management, opportunities to learn new skills and work cross departmentally. Clients are all nonprofits, knowing our day-to-day work has an impact on these nonprofits missions is a huge plus.

Cons

No clear line of advancement, most career moves involve department jumping. This seems like the only way to get a salary bump.

Some departments are very overstaffed (Sales/Marketing) while others are very understaffed. Some people are doing multiple jobs but it’s not clear what some are doing at all Sometimes leadership makes decisions that cause issues for people doing the work No real company culture Lower salaries for tech

Truly one of the most unorganized companies I have ever worked for. Upper management is some of the worst I’ve seen. Such a lack of transparency when doing things, decisions are not thought out, the pay is horrendous. I do not recommend working here. They offer the worst training and essentially throw you to the wolves. Lack of communication. You are constantly so confused.
