Fully remote Unlimited PTO Meaningful work

Cons

Some departments are very overstaffed (Sales/Marketing) while others are very understaffed. Some people are doing multiple jobs but it’s not clear what some are doing at all Sometimes leadership makes decisions that cause issues for people doing the work No real company culture Lower salaries for tech

Remote, unlimited PTO, uses slack

Cons

Truly one of the most unorganized companies I have ever worked for. Upper management is some of the worst I’ve seen. Such a lack of transparency when doing things, decisions are not thought out, the pay is horrendous. I do not recommend working here. They offer the worst training and essentially throw you to the wolves. Lack of communication. You are constantly so confused.

Pros

Actually implementing a remote first culture. Evolving product driven by very smart people. People who are willing to do the work and not just complain are rewarded.

Cons

As with every company that is trying to not force people to come to the office, it just takes more work to communicate to everybody what's going on. Progress is being made daily on this though.
