A close knit team of mission driven members that supports one another. Industry disruptive technology. Plenty of work to go around with lots of different opportunities, results in never having a boring day. Everyone is willing to help and share their expertise. Free lunch and snacks, most team members eat outside together. Great benefits. Transparency from upper management.
Cons
Location can make for a long commute. Conflicting priorities but this is because of the company’s mission that pushes a fast paced work environment.
