Good Pay Occasional weekends off Close to town

Cons

Terrible conditions for Factory employees Obvious special treatment to engineers and salespeople Nearly every weekend is spent working, sometimes more than 60 hour weeks Absent/insubordinate management personnel No feeling of belonging Poor air quality, and a bug infestation in the cafeteria.

Very Supportive Management, and Good Pay.

Cons

Very Hot in Summer and Very Cold in the Winter. Very dusty environment. Temp Employee turnover rate very high.

Pros

Really a team effort, engineers help and encourage one another too. Training is provided without hassle, and the company is all about work life balance. I work from home 3 days a week. Flex time available. Very stable place to work.

Cons

No annual bonuses. I did get a discretionary bonus one time, but that was it. Don't know if it's a pro or con, kind of in the middle: Raises are considers "cost of living" raises. While "merit increases" are based on moving to the next level.
