Pros

- Close-knit family of employees - Competitive salary - The water industry is a different and new challenge for most people - Our facilities are great, safe, and offer plenty of room for collaboration - Plenty of room to grow career-wise

Cons

- Our headquarter's location is in a small, remote town - The benefits are average - There is very little onboarding for new employees - People who have worked with the company for decades seem to be the company's go-to knowledge base (rightfully so), but that knowledge is rarely documented for the rest of the company to learn

The people are friendly and work well together. The flexible work schedule is awesome! Very neat and clean work environment.

Cons

The plant location is not the most ideal. Unless you are in upper management, your salary won't break the bank.
