Neptune is a wonderful place to work. I've worked here for less than a year and I'm grateful to be part of such a great team and organization. Leadership is welcoming and supportive of their employees. They take time to listen, give feedback, share vision and results. Benefits are great and pay is at or above market.

Cons

There is a disconnect between offices as far as process, procedure, and policy, but understand leadership is working to unify the teams and culture.
