It is important to differentiate Neptune from Tallassee and the one in Mississauga. Neptune in Mississauga is one of the cheapest companies I've ever worked for.They can treat you as an slave without giving you respect. It is an awful company where almost all managers have outdated knowledge starting with IT. Micromanagement without proper knowledge of information technology, as a result they have: a messed up system. They are disorganized and not nearly smart as they think they are. If you decide to go to HR, HR goes to the management directly, so you dont have any confidentiality with that department. Mississauga Neptune Technology is a horrible company, full of gossip definitely not a good place to work. Poor opportunities for personal development Repetitive Work Not focus on compensation. Minimal raises Lack of recognition. Employees are treated badly
