Nerdery is attempting to shift and change to meet the changing demands of the market - they have some really brilliant people working there and is a great place to work if you value autonomy and learning.

Cons

constantly shifting, seem to be trying to figure out who they are after some big changes in leadership and direction, can feel a bit unclear at time
