Pros
Decent benefits Great camaraderie among employees Quite a bit of flexibility Good space to be in Okay place to start out at but no long term career prospects
Cons
Location leaves a lot to be desired Traffic is bad Very little knowledge of marketing so that's an area to avoid (lots of ego; little talent; lack of people skills at the upper echelons) Don't stick with plans well Low pay; hire a lot of people with little experience that they can get cheaply so there tends to be a lot of turnover Never a good sense of job security (could rub an ego-centric management type the w rong way and be out.) Not much opportunity for advancement Not a lot of respect for customers/prospects
