      Pros

      The employee appreciation here is amazing! There's an ever flow of fun all-around and work gets done with a great attitude. The serious things are dealt with in a serious way, too. Which is great. Overall, this place has a great structure and the leadership is phenomenal.

      • Friendly & welcoming staff • Company is not afraid to show employee appreciation • Great health plans – Nerdio covers 75% of the individual premium • Fun company outings & parties • Executives are open to new ideas and are willing to help employees learn and grow • Fast-pace growing environment • Awesome break room! • Nerdio makes work fun and exciting

      • Commute will be a hassle if you don’t live in the area • Management can use some improvement (which is reasonable since it is a growing company, things are changing quickly)
