      Fast paced environment for those on the IT side. There's a variety of different personalities that work there, never a boring moment.

      There's very little room for advancement in the company. Sometimes the environment is very high pressure.

      Well funded company with strong customer service commitment.

      Cons

      Company lacks leadership and direction. While full of great ideas, action is lacking to take the company to the next level. Broken team spirit with lots of internal politics to include favoritism. Great place for gossip and rumors.
