I have worked for Nesco almost 8 years and love my job. When employees apply at Nesco we do it in person and not online. We like the one-on-one approach and like bringing the employee in to meet in person instead of having them hide behind a computer. We want them to see what Nesco is all about and develop a relationship with them. We have an open door policy with management and Senior management that I believe is key to success and communication.

Cons

Recruiting takes long hours, it is not just a Monday-Friday 9-5 job, clients don't always work normal business hours so you have to be available to meet all client needs.

Very understanding, pleasant company to work for. They try their hardest to place as many people as they can right away, and they take everyones calls, they dont screen through any of them, which i find very admirable compared to alot of other temp agencies in the area. They pay well, and treat their out of house and in house employees very well. I am very glad that I am employed with such a good company.

Cons

i havent experienced any cons or downsides to this company, everything has been wonderful, and everyone has been wonderful.
