Dear Former Coffee Specialist, I am so glad to read you found Nespresso to offer “good perks!” We take pride in our Total Rewards package, including compensation and benefits which includes excellent perks, like free coffee as you mention. In terms of your constructive feedback, to your point on our systems, we are constantly working to improve our technology across the company, including our POS system. I’m happy to share that we recently launched a global digital transformation initiative to address the technology infrastructure as you suggested. To your point on management, there is always value in continually training and developing our people, particularly managers who lead people. At Nespresso, we offer an abundance of trainings and refresher trainings that offer critical learning and development. Dear Former Employee, I am so pleased to read you found Nespresso to be “transparent, friendly and responsive” these are all things we strive for on a daily basis. I believe our people, yourself included, are what make Nespresso great. Regarding your comment on pay, at Nespresso we are proud to offer our employees competitive compensation and a benefits package which is regularly reviewed against marketplace trends. “Good IT support” is certainly an area we continue to make strides in, and we are doubling down on that effort with our recently launched global digital transformation initiative. I would like to better understand your comments about the store environment and partners. If you would like to discuss these, or any other comments further, I encourage you to reach out to me directly. Sincerely, Alfonso Gonzalez CEO, Nespresso North America
