Dear Current Employee, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on your positive experience working with Nespresso! We take pride in our compensation and benefits package which includes excellent perks, like free coffee and machines, as well as bonuses for eligible roles. This is true – not only for the New York office, but for our team across the country! To your point on our systems, we are constantly working to improve our technology across our global network, including our POS system. I would like to better understand your point on open communication. Our monthly townhall calls are a great way to stay connected and engaged and always include a Q&A which helps to promote transparency and open communication from the leadership team. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you ever have ideas on ways in which we can improve on this or any other topics. Sincerely, Alfonso Gonzalez CEO, Nespresso North America

Dear Former Employee, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on your positive experience working with Nespresso in Miami! You mention flexibility – A flexible work schedule is important with a retail job and our flexible scheduling is a great example of how we actively encourage and implement ways of working to better support work-life balance. We are proud to offer our employees a competitive compensation and “great benefits,” as you say, with excellent perks, like free coffee and machines. Nespresso truly is a “Great Company” with “Great Benefits”! I am curious what you mean when you say “Corporate Rules are not for everyone.” As a company with three major business divisions (Retail, Customer Service, Corporate) it’s important for us to understand the unique needs of each group to best serve the whole. Please reach out to me directly if you would like to discuss further. Sincerely, Alfonso Gonzalez CEO, Nespresso North America
