Pros

-The company is good (mortally and in providing resources, and a quality model for achieving success) -Pay is fairly competitive for starter job -Get some free coffee & machines -quarterly bonuses based on average sale size -Stores and Managers are empowered to make it fun, productive, and have a nice environment -some medical, dental, vision benefits -somewhat sophisticated so you aren't embarrassed to work there

Cons

-Job quality/experience is based heavily on store management. Good managers make the job fun, lucrative, efficient, and feels like a safe home. If you have a bad manager, its not as fun and they have the freedom to be harsh with punishments, clog up sales process, unsafe job security or concerning work environment.
