Pros

I really liked the people I worked with, and the managers were very nice and chill.

Cons

The company itself was not prepared for the influx of holiday season orders, even though they had hired on an additional 60ish workers for the holiday season. The training was not adequate and the policies set in place for order errors and shipping caused many customers to be very upset.

Dear Colleague, Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate the pros of your experience relative to your people and manager interactions. On the opportunity side, you shared your experience with the recent holiday period and your concerns around preparation not being great for you. Planning for the seasonal period is always such a challenge for any retailer including us. We strive to be well prepared for the volume and with the necessary training. I will share your feedback with the appropriate US team, and we will definitely look for any opportunities to improve. We wish you well with your new endeavors. Thank you, Guillaume Le Cunff, CEO

Hello Sales Associate, Thank you for highlighting Nespresso’s great perks, we are proud to offer a competitive benefits program as well. Our market is growing at a fast pace and we’re steadily evolving, which is why we appreciate our employees’ willingness to adapt to change. However, work-life balance is important and I suggest working directly with your manager regarding these concerns. I appreciate the time taken to share this review, we appreciate it! Pros

No room to move up with the company they rather hire from outside. They are starting to take benefits away little at a time. Working harder through covid and they have taken hours from us.

Hello Senior Coffee Specialist, First and foremost, thank you for sharing your feedback. Thank you for recognizing that we offer competitive benefits and many perks for our employees. We strive to develop and promote our talent from within and we’re proud to be able to allow employees career advancement and mobility throughout the Nespresso and Nestle organizations. I would suggest working directly with your manager to discuss your desire to grow as well as reassessing your current hours. I am not aware of any benefit reductions and recommend that you contact your HR Business Partner with any concerns. Thank you for your feedback. All the Best, Alfonso Gonzalez CEO, Nespresso North America
