Training opportunities for leadership and development Free coffee and machine Cycle to work scheme Good Pension (must be in the company for four years to claim) Perfect as a part time role or for a student. Good starting salary for sales assistants and good bonus.

Cons

Poor middle management Poor structure to management layout Assistant managers are basically managers of their stores Multi site managers are basically Area managers. Area manager is an unused role. More training should be provided to managers to help them grow and deal better with people. High staff turnover rate in management and supervisors. Salary above sales assistant is not realistic. Lack of progression above Senior coffee specialist. Pop up stores are unsafe and QSHE compliant
