Great benefits. Flexible schedule. Love the coffee

Cons

Nesspresso is one of the worst companies to work for. It’s sad because I have worked there for so long and the mental abuse that is happening in all departments is sad. You go to your manager above to explain what is happening and they ignore you. I have dedicated my life to this company and they are right of the saying your always replaceable no matter how hard you work. Team outings are barley done to show appreciation.

Pros

Flexibility in schedule, great benefits, tuition reimbursement, and cool options in terms of savings for other companies.

Cons

Terrible management, boring, and Hard to move up, if you are hired as a boutique specialist good luck getting promoted. Terrible systems for payment and sales.
