Pros

Nestle offers some great courses for advancing your knowledge & skill set through their inter-company Nestle University. I came across some very good employees & people within the organization during my time there.

Cons

Senior management had military management mindset of command & control over their subordinates. They choose management by fear & used that method as their motivating tool. High turn over rate in the salary ranks.

Pros

Benefits, great team environment, 401k

Cons

New CEO came in and cleaned house. Massive layoff to employees that were there for over 30 years. Pretty much drew nemes out if a had. I was there for 18 years, had a 401k, great benefits, great customers. Now they are struggling because they more than doubled their prices on products loosing customers left and right. Nestle was once an amazing place to work. They kept us working through the panemic! Management is running it to the ground. Thanks for ruining my career and future.
