Pros

Great gym, cafeteria, co-workers, and overall facilities. Fruit on Tuesdays, and Bagels on Friday.

Cons

Worst direct manager I have ever had. Used bullying tactics to motivate employees. A constant revolving door of needing new employees for the Support Account Manager position. A sign that there is something wrong which upper management is not addressing. I was actually yelled at for doing what was asked of me. After constant angry looks in the hall ways, and break room I could not take much more, and left for less pay. This is far from one of the best places to work in the US.

Pros

They had amazing tools here to help do your job such especially in reporting. One of the best I've seen in a company. Manager and team were wonderful to work with. Executive management became very political unfortunately.

Cons

Tons of innovation but the company didn't pursue their new technology to the end which resulted in other start ups taking their ideas and making them much better. A lot of processes, huge company; so not much room for growth. Support organization understaffed.
