Pros

Great people, culture and benefits. Easy to move around into different roles. Colleagues really want to collaborate to brng the best solution for the customer

Cons

NetApp Exec. Mngt is not doing enough to entice people to stay. This is more about time to market with game changing technologies then benefits. Ex: Spinaker integration took far too long and FlashRay is still not released either. NetApp has lost its innovation edge and as storage is becoming a simple commodity it is not doing enough to stay ahead of the competition. y

Pros

It used to be a great place to work with new technology. There was a sense of doing something new and changing the ways storage was done.

Cons

No profesional selection process, middle management chosen politically not by merit. Top management disengaged from field reality. No career development or opportunities. People leaves for career development. Wild layoffs while company still makes money and pays dividend ¿? Committed people fired and terrible people (but political) keeps the job.
